Meet The Startup: Travamigos
Travamigos is an app that allows solo travellers to connect with groups of likeminded adventurers heading for the same destination. Backed by Skyscanner, Hostelworld and WeSwap, their app makes travel safer, cheaper and more social. Available from the App Store, Travamigos is the brainchild of 23 year old CEO and co-founder James Wormington, who came up with the idea while backpacking through Brazil in 2015. Since then, the app has morphed into an essential travel tool that allows travellers to plan their perfect adventure and make new friends on the road.
