NBV is offering matched grant funding for between £500 and £5,000 to local small to medium sized businesses. The money comes from an allocation of ERDF funding through NBV’s Grow Your Own Enterprise programme.
It’s suitable for short-term investment on capital items such as new equipment or machinery (up to five items). Grants will cover up to 40% of the total project cost.
The funding needs to be applied for, approved and drawn down by 31 August 2015, so it’s a tight deadline.
To be eligible, companies must be already trading on a B2B basis (not retail or B2C), employ less than 250 staff and be based in Leicester City, Oadby and Wigston or a selected number of other East Midlands areas.
