Leicester founder Rahul Modha has launched the WurksyAI Student Pilot Programme, opening up 40 places for university students to get early access to his AI platform ahead of a wider release.
Founded in 2025, WurksyAI is a patent-pending AI compliance platform designed to support transparent and responsible AI use in education. It gives students a policy-aligned environment for using AI, while generating a structured AI Index that logs prompts, responses and usage patterns – giving institutions a clear audit trail and helping reduce the risk of academic misconduct.
Students who sign up will complete two short online assessments using the platform and provide feedback on their experience. The pilot runs from 6–27 July 2026, with an expected time commitment of 2–5 hours in total. Participants can earn up to £20 in vouchers for taking part.
Rahul is also looking for a small number of university lecturers to join the pilot in a paid reviewing and marking role at £15 per hour. The work involves assessing a small number of student submissions through the platform, with each submission expected to take around 10–15 minutes. Work takes place from mid-July. More information and a sign-up form can be found here.
