The founder of Leicester startup Reignite, has announced a set of updates to the company’s Recipe Builder, a tool that helps brands personalise marketing campaigns to match individual customer preferences.

The update adds the ability to pull in real-time data from other business systems, such as customer platforms or loyalty programmes, to inform content decisions as they happen. Businesses also get more control over how results are displayed, including guaranteeing certain products appear in specific positions, and setting rules on how often the same product, brand or category can be shown to a customer.

The tool’s interface has also been redesigned, making it easier for businesses to see exactly why a particular product was shown to a particular customer. Reignite has enhanced its “boosts” feature too, letting businesses promote or deprioritise certain products, such as pushing higher-margin items or moving on older stock, with more precise control over degree, not just fixed changes.

Looking ahead, Sean says the team is working on new AI-driven predictive features.
