A Leicester startup which had originally connected investors with founders has seen a spike in sign-ups since pivoting in August.

RoundRaise now helps UK founders manage cap tables, handle option grants, process CS01 and SH01 filings, and model future funding rounds, a move which has seen 131 new founders join the platform.

Founder Milan Bilimoria explained that the company moved away from its original investor-matching service after recognising that founders struggled more with administrative tasks surrounding funding rounds than with introductions themselves.

Milan noted that most users were not actively raising but instead dealing with ongoing compliance and equity management challenges, which would shape the product’s next focus.

The Leicester founder will be speaking about this and more at the next Leicester Startups event on Thursday 5th November: EIS-EISMilanBilimoria.eventbrite.co.uk
