A Leicester founder has been shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year at the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2025.
Leya Luhar the founder of OSCE Toolbox, said she was “honoured and surprised” by the nomination.
Her startup is a platform to support pharmacy students with more than 3,000 users. On LinkedIn she commented:
“This nomination isn’t just for me – it’s for every student who believed in our vision early on, every teammate who gave up weekends to build something meaningful, and every woman in tech carving out space in an industry that still isn’t easy to navigate.”
