Loughborough University has been ranked one of the most entrepreneurial universities in the UK.
Start Up A-Z, a ‘Startup Agency’, placed Loughborough University in the top 10 based on how many founders each university produced.
According to data from the Complete University Guide’s university league table and alumni’s Linkedin profiles, 5.6% of overall Loughborough alumni were described as ‘founders’ in 2025.
The University of the Arts, London topped the charts with 11% being described as ‘founders’, followed by London School of Economics and Politics (9.11%) and Imperial College London (8.14%).
