Leicester based app development company Swipe & Tap has begun an Innovate UK Knowledge Transfer Partnership with De Montfort University.
The collaboration will focus on strengthening cybersecurity capabilities for software development projects, bringing together Swipe & Tap’s team with DMU academics.
Founder Aaron Wardle described the partnership with academic researchers as a significant milestone for the company’s cybersecurity ambitions.
“Cybersecurity is something I’ve been passionate about growing at Swipe & Tap for a while now, and partnering with world-class academics to drive that forward feels like a great milestone.
“We will also be recruiting a KTP Associate soon. So if you’re into cybersecurity, product thinking, and actually building things (not just talking about them), keep an eye out.”
