A new course for startup founders is being delivered in Leicester all about customer experience.

‘Customer Service IS NOT Customer Experience – And Your Business Needs to Know the Difference’ is a series of three free workshops being held in September at the LCB Depot.

They aim to show founders the practical and emotional differences between customer service and experience, and how to use it to grow loyalty, boost reputation, and help businesses stand out from the competition.

The training is being delivered by Rhonda Olsen, a business coach with 25+ years experience working for global brands and Leicester startups.

The three workshops breakdown like so:
