PubhD Leicester is a new event where three PhD* students, from any academic discipline, explain their work to an audience in a pub in exchange for a pint or two. The talks are at a “pub level” – the idea is that you don’t have to be a specialist to understand the talks.
PubHD Leicester started in December 2014 and has already hosted a number of PhD speakers.
The next event is on Tuesday 5th May ar Duffy’s Bar, 8 Pocklingtons Walk, Leicester, LE1 6BU.
