A new startup in Leicester which allows professionals to showcase their previous projects has soft launched.
Refalent is an online portfolio that aims to help project managers show off their work and in turn secure new jobs, win new contracts and land new customers.
Users create a profile, build their portfolio and add a ‘verifier’, who can vouch for the user.
Studies suggest that up to 85% of all CVs are embellished, which is why Refalent has incorporated this third party feature.
