If you’ve just started a course at University of Leicester or De Montfort University then welcome to Leicester! Both universities provide great support for student enterprise and there is a growing startup scene in the city which is really student-friendly. University of Leicester
The Career Development Service offer Business Startup and Enterprise support including some great bootcamps and networking events. Enterprise Inc provide funding and advice for finalists and recent graduates. Enactus are a student enterprise society.

Check out our calendar of events from across the city (including at the universities) and also our list of links to meetup groups and resources. We host the annual Launch48 Startup Weekend 21-23 November in partnership with Leicester City Council which is the highlight of the Leicester startup calendar. Incubate Leicester is the city’s first Incubator/Accelerator which also includes co-working space.
