A startup founded by a Loughborough University graduate is celebrating after being named one of the world’s best startups offering edible insects.
BeoBia, which makes tools to allow customer to grow meelworms to eat at home, is in StartUs Insight’s top 5 companies in the world for edible insects.
The Leicestershire founded firm is also a finalist in Forward Fooding’s FoodTech 500, dubbed “the world’s first definitive list of the global entrepreneurial talent at the intersection between food, technology, and sustainability”.
